Alliance Town Center, Hillwood’s retail amenity center in the AllianceTexas development, is a hub of activity with several new additions coming soon.
Topping the list is the highly anticipated opening of Truck Yard this Winter at Alliance Town Center, bringing a daily rotation of popular food trucks and backyard bar offerings in a relaxed environment for guests to unwind with live music. No stranger to bold design, Truck Yard plans to feature a 38-foot, operational Ferris wheel soon!
The most recent expansion on the north side of Heritage Trace Parkway, Parkside at Alliance Town Center, brings an additional approximately 30,000 square feet of restaurant and retail concepts adjacent to Bluestem Park, a 14-acre park with integrated trails and green space. Anchoring Parkside is recently-announced grocer H-E-B, with plans to begin construction in the coming weeks.

Currently under construction at Parkside, Torchy’s Tacos, an Austin-based craft fast-casual taco brand known for its quirky street tacos and addictive green chili queso. Torchy’s elevates the traditional street taco with unique flavor combinations created from fresh, high-quality ingredients sourced from around the world.
Guests will soon enjoy a new Mediterranean destination, CAVA, offering flavorful and healthy fast-casual fare via a wide variety of customizable and craveable salads, grain bowls, pitas and house-made juices.
Veteran-founded coffee company Black Rifle Coffee Company will also soon open, featuring high-quality coffee beans from around the world. Founded in 2014 by former U.S. Army Green Beret Evan Hafer, Black Rifle Coffee Company was built on the mission to serve coffee and culture to people who love America, with each purchase supporting the company’s commitment to helping service members.
Soul Bird Chicken Shack + Wing Bar will begin construction soon, bringing their amazing chicken to Parkside East, offering a variety of sandwiches, salads, wings, and tenders to make your mouth water. With locally sourced ingredients and food always prepared in-house, Soul Bird’s delicious, affordable options also include meal deals for game day and catering.
Rounding out the new cuisine options, P.F. Chang’s is currently under construction and scheduled to open by the end of 2022. P.F Chang's celebrates the tradition of wok cooking bringing a menu that spans across all of Asia to Parkside, including the fan-favorite Chang’s Lettuce Wraps.
While patiently waiting for these new additions, visitors to Parkside at Alliance Town Center are already enjoying the exceptional dishes from Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, as well as MOD Pizza, Shell Shack, Grub Kitchen & Bar, First Watch, and Chuy’s.
Upscale dog wash and boutique, PetBar, announced a location coming soon to Parkside offering grooming services, full-service wash, membership opportunities, and self-service wash stations for all the neighboring pets. PetBar is a locally owned, veteran company and we proudly welcome them to Alliance Town Center! Additional professional services coming soon include Weekend Dentistry and Candle Nail Spa.
In addition to the retail offerings, Hillwood broke ground on the 134,000-square-foot office building, Hillwood Commons II, north of Heritage Trace Parkway, to meet the growing demand for flexible class A office space in North Texas,now available to lease.
